FLUKE- Fetal Simulator

This collaborative project with Fluke was to redesign a device of our choice to improve with estimated advancements in technology, 5 years into the future.

We decided to redesign a fetal simulator - a device that tests ultrasound equipment to make sure the beats are calibrated correctly

After interviewing BMETS and online-research we found that many techs find it difficult to finish their workflow with ease. This is due to constant note-taking, looking up old error reports, or simply setting up.

BMETS desired a system that helps them quickly and easily diagnose a device.

In our interviews with BMETS, both of them stated that during their workday, they must access multiple medical fetal device manuals before their maintenance.

BMETS desired to have easy access to various fetal device manuals.

We made multiple varients of the final product to ensure size, holdability, and usability was addiquite
